Designing and developing electronic Management Information System (eMIS) to capture maternal hypertension and diabetes services

Non-communicable disease control (NCDC) program of DGHS, MOHFW, initiated an NCD Management Model which recognizes the need for addressing NCDs among pregnant women and across the population. The model emphasizes screening for identification, managing and following up the “at risk population”-Pregnant women of any age and people aged over 40 years.

OBJECTIVES
Develop and demonstrate an automated NCD management model for identifying, screening, referring and managing at risk population
