BACKGROUND
Using a non-randomized concurrent comparison design, this study aims to assess the benefits of using reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH) e-Registers under the eMIS initiative of the Directorate General of Family Planning to clients, health care providers, and the health system. Furthermore, it explores the barriers and challenges to the implementation of the eMIS initiative. Both quantitative and qualitative methodologies will be used for collecting and analyzing data and interpreting the results.
OBJECTIVE
To assess the benefits of using RMNCH e-Registers incurred to clients, health care providers, and the health system and explore barriers and challenges in the implementation of eMIS.
